  • Orders enter processing only after payment is received and final design approval is confirmed (if applicable)

Custom Orders, Production & Shipping

Custom and personalized items are created specifically to customer-provided specifications.

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • Custom items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable
  • Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are permitted

Production and shipping timelines provided on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or supply chain issues.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
