Because many of our items are custom and made to order, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

This includes items with personalization, custom sizing, or made-to-order designs.


Non-Custom Items 

If your order includes non-custom items, eligibility for returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Return approval is required before sending any items back

Order Errors or Defects

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
