Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order?
To place an order, customers must first complete our Inquiry Form with details about the desired product and customization. Once your inquiry is received, our team will review the information and contact you within 1–3 business days to discuss product options, confirm customization details, pricing, and timelines.
Orders are not considered confirmed until all details are finalized, approval is received, and payment is submitted. Order processing begins after payment and final design approval, in accordance with our Order Processing & Production policy.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. Most of our products are customizable. Customization options vary by product and are listed on each product page or discussed during the inquiry process.
Can I request a custom design not listed on the website?
Special requests must be discussed and approved prior to placing an order. Approval is not guaranteed and may affect pricing and production timelines.

Production begins after order processing is complete. All items are made to order.

Shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the purchase date.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations are not allowed once production begins. Requests made before production may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.
Are custom items refundable or returnable?
No. All custom items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What if I made a mistake on my customization?
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that all details are accurate.
