Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and your final design has been approved. This processing period allows our team to carefully review all order details before production begins.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to approval. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require expedited service.
Production Timeline
All products are made to order. Production begins only after the order processing period is complete.
- Custom products require approximately 1–2 business weeks for production following order processing
- Production timelines may vary by product and are disclosed on individual product pages
While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, production delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified promptly. All production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Information
Shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the date of purchase.

Changes, Cancellations & Final Sale Policy
Because all items are made to order, no changes or cancellations are permitted once production has begun. This includes changes to personalization, size, color, design details, or shipping information.
Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. While we may be able to accommodate requests prior to production, this is not guaranteed.
All custom orders are created specifically to your provided specifications. Custom items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details prior to checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that all personalization details are accurate and approved.
