Custom Order Policy

At Little Luxe Creations, all custom items are thoughtfully designed and made specifically to your provided specifications. Please review the policy below before placing a custom order.

Placing a Custom Order

All custom orders begin with the submission of an Inquiry Form. Once your inquiry is received, our team will contact you within 1–3 business days to discuss product options, customization details, pricing, and estimated timelines.

Custom orders are not considered confirmed until all details are finalized, approved, and payment is submitted.

Order Processing & Production

Custom orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and final design approval is confirmed.

Production begins only after order processing is complete. Because each item is made to order, production timelines vary by product. Most custom items require approximately 1–2 business weeks for production. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, personalization details, sizes, colors, spelling, and layout prior to production.

Once design approval is given, the order will move into production and no changes can be made.

Changes & Cancellations

Because custom items are made specifically for you:

  • No changes or cancellations are permitted once production begins
  • Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order
  • Requests made before production may be accommodated but are not guaranteed

This includes changes to personalization, size, color, design details, or shipping information.

Final Sale & Refunds

All custom orders are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of an error made by Little Luxe Creations.

Shipping

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not from the purchase date. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

Special requests must be discussed and approved prior to placing an order. Approval is not guaranteed and may affect pricing, production timelines, or availability. Requests submitted after checkout may not be accommodated.
